Beginner's Series
Starting in November 2008, we are re-introducing the beginner series. The series will consist of 8 classes, as listed below. There will be a particular focus on learning basic technique and safe practice, including how to fall and roll.
Additional beginner series are planned for January and March, 2009.
In the months between the beginner series, classes will be held at the same times, with a focus on basics and ukemi. Students who have taken the beginner series are encouraged to attend.
COST: $50 per month-long series.
